Most Common Questions (and answers!)
Why isn’t there a free plan? I see software with free plans everywhere!
With free services, more often than not, you (and yours - content, data, etc) is the product. Somehow, we didn’t like the idea of sticking an ad into your creative work as a business model. If you have an opinion, we’d love to hear all about it - drop us a line in chat :)
Will I be charged upon signing up?
No. You only pay when your app goes live. You will not be charged until your app goes live on the (respective) app store for your fans!
I did not like it, can I get a refund?
Yes. You can cancel within 7 days of the app going live and get a full refund. No questions asked.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. There will be a one-time $50/app towards getting your app LIVE and towards making any (minor) store modifications, you’d want us to make. Our early access users won’t be charged a setup fee and will get to keep this privilege. So, sign up now.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. And here’s what happens once you cancel, your account and app will remain active till the end of the billing cycle. After the billing cycle, you’ll no longer be charged. Your app will no longer be available in the store and your content will be no longer accessible to existing app users.
Can I switch plans?
Yes - anytime you like. Upgrade or downgrade at will. The change will reflect during the next billing cycle. Similarly, the apps in the field would gain (or lose) PRO features accordingly.
I have a candid question!
Sure! Shoot it to firstname.lastname@example.org :-) or even better - let’s chat now!
